1. General Provisions
- This privacy policy (hereinafter - the Policy) defines the basic principles, purposes, conditions and methods of processing personal data of Colonists Online (individual Murzin Alexey Vladimirovich) (hereinafter - the Operator).
- This Policy has been developed in compliance with the requirements of paragraph 2 of part 1 of article 18.1 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ of July 27, 2006 "On Personal Data" (hereinafter - the Personal Data Law) taking into account the requirements of the Personal Data Law and other regulatory legal acts of the Russian Federation in the field of personal data.
- The scope of this Policy applies to all operations performed by the Operator with personal data using or without using automation tools. The Operator processes personal data of the personal data subject only in case of their filling and/or sending by the personal data subject independently through forms on the website colonists.ru (hereinafter - the Site), or sent to the Operator by email info@colonists.ru. By filling out the relevant forms and/or sending their personal data to the Operator, the personal data subject expresses consent to this Policy.
- The personal data subject independently makes a decision about providing their personal data and gives consent freely, by their own will and in their own interest.
- This Policy is subject to updating at the initiative of the Operator, as well as in case of changes in the legislation of the Russian Federation on personal data.
2. Basic Concepts
- For the purposes of this Policy, the following terms are used in the following meaning:
- Personal Data — any information relating directly or indirectly to a specific or identifiable individual (personal data subject).
- Biometric Personal Data — information that characterizes the physiological and biological characteristics of a person, on the basis of which their identity can be established.
- Personal Data Processing — any action (operation) or set of actions (operations) performed with or without the use of automation tools with personal data, including collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), extraction, use, transfer (distribution, provision, access), depersonalization, blocking, deletion, destruction of personal data.
- Automated Personal Data Processing — processing of personal data using computer technology.
- Personal Data Distribution — actions aimed at disclosing personal data to an indefinite circle of persons.
- Personal Data Provision — actions aimed at disclosing personal data to a specific person or specific circle of persons.
- Personal Data Blocking — temporary cessation of personal data processing (except for cases where processing is necessary for clarification of personal data).
- Personal Data Destruction — actions as a result of which it becomes impossible to restore the content of personal data in the personal data information system and/or as a result of which the material carriers of personal data are destroyed.
- Personal Data Depersonalization — actions as a result of which it becomes impossible without using additional information to determine the ownership of personal data to a specific personal data subject.
- Personal Data Subject, Subject — an individual who can be directly or indirectly identified using personal data.
- Consent to Personal Data Processing, Consent — a written or digital document that confirms the voluntary decision of the Subject to transfer personal data to the Operator in the volume, on the terms and for the purposes defined by this Policy and agreements concluded between the Subject and the Operator.
- User — any visitor to the website Colonists.ru.
3. Principles and Purposes of Personal Data Processing
- Personal data processing by the Operator is carried out taking into account the need to ensure protection of the rights and freedoms of personal data subjects, including protection of the right to privacy, personal and family secrets, based on the following principles:
- personal data processing is carried out on a lawful basis;
- personal data processing is limited to achieving specific, predetermined and lawful purposes;
- processing of personal data incompatible with the purposes of collecting personal data is not allowed;
- the content and volume of processed personal data correspond to the stated purposes of processing. Redundancy of processed personal data in relation to the stated purposes of their processing is not allowed;
- when processing personal data, accuracy of personal data, their sufficiency, and, when necessary, relevance in relation to the purposes of personal data processing are ensured;
- storage of personal data is carried out in a form that allows identifying the personal data subject, no longer than required by the purposes of personal data processing, unless the storage period for personal data is established by federal law, contract, of which the personal data subject is a party, beneficiary or guarantor.
- Personal data processing by the Operator is carried out for the following purposes:
- User registration and authorization on the colonists.ru website.
- Performing game tasks taking into account geolocation on the colonists.ru website.
- Website usage analytics (depersonalized data).
4. Volume and Categories of Processed Personal Data, Categories of Personal Data Subjects
- The Operator may process personal data of the following Subjects:
- visitors to the colonists.ru website, including registered users of the website
- Personal data processed by the Operator includes:
- username;
- email address;
- password;
- avatar;
- information about oneself;
- geographic coordinates of user location;
- cookies, information about user actions on the website, date and time of last visit, number of page views, IP address, geolocation, language, user-agent, referer, device information and other Yandex.Metrica data.
- The Operator ensures compliance of the content and volume of processed personal data with the stated purposes of processing and, if necessary, takes measures to eliminate their redundancy in relation to the stated purposes of processing.
5. Procedure and Conditions for Personal Data Processing
- Personal data processing by the Operator is carried out in the following ways:
- non-automated personal data processing;
- automated personal data processing with or without transmission of received information over the Internet, including processing using automated database management systems MySQL and other software tools;
- mixed personal data processing.
- Personal data is stored and processed on the territory of the Russian Federation on the servers of the hosting provider: OOO Relink, OGRN 5067746904275, INN 7718605622, website address https://www.cishost.ru/, legal address: 107113, Moscow, Sokolnicheskaya Square, 4A. Data Center address: 123060, Moscow, Berzarina Street, 36, building 3.
- List of actions performed by the Operator with personal data: collection, systematization, storage, extraction, transfer (provision, access), blocking, destruction, recording, accumulation, clarification (updating, modification), use, depersonalization, deletion on the territory of the Russian Federation in accordance with the current legislation of the Russian Federation.
- The personal data subject makes a decision about providing their personal data and gives Consent freely, by their own will and in their own interest.
- The Operator does not process biometric personal data.
- Cross-border transfer of personal data by the Operator is not carried out.
- Processing of special categories of personal data concerning racial, ethnic origin, political views, religious or philosophical beliefs, intimate life, is not carried out by the Operator.
- Personal data processing is terminated in cases of receiving notification of consent withdrawal or in case of termination of the Operator's activities.
- The legal basis for personal data processing is the consent of the personal data subject to process their personal data in accordance with Article 6 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data". Other cases provided for by the legislation of the Russian Federation are also a legal basis for personal data processing.
- Measures to ensure personal data security: the operator implements the requirements of articles 18.1 and 19 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data", including:
- issuing documents defining the Operator's policy regarding personal data processing;
- applying legal, organizational and technical measures to ensure personal data security;
- conducting internal control and/or audit of compliance of personal data processing with the legislation of the Russian Federation;
- identifying threats to personal data security when processing them in personal data information systems;
- detecting facts of unauthorized access to personal data and taking measures to prevent and eliminate consequences of computer attacks;
- monitoring measures taken to ensure personal data security and the level of security of personal data information systems.
- Personal data security tools:
- user identification and authentication when logging into the system using a conditionally permanent password;
- using data transmission channel protection tools (TLS/SSL);
- data backup and recovery;
- logging and monitoring of user actions.
- Encryption (cryptographic) tools are not used when processing personal data.
- The period of personal data processing is unlimited. The Subject can withdraw their Consent to personal data processing at any time by sending a notification to the Operator by email to the Operator's email address specified in section 10 of this Policy, with the note "Withdrawal of consent to personal data processing".
- The Operator undertakes to stop processing the Subject's personal data within 5 (five) business days from the date of receiving the notification according to paragraph 5.8 of this Policy.
- Personal data may be transferred to the following categories of third parties:
- Analytical services (Yandex.Metrica) — for analyzing website traffic and user behavior. Yandex.Metrica collects and processes data in accordance with Yandex's privacy policy.
- Authorized government agencies — upon a reasoned request in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation.
The Operator requires third parties receiving personal data to maintain confidentiality and ensure security of personal data during their processing.
- Use of Yandex.Metrica service:
The website uses the Yandex.Metrica web analytics system to collect statistical information about website visitors. Yandex.Metrica uses cookie technology to collect information about user actions on the website: visited pages, time on site, page transitions, traffic sources and other technical data.

6. Basic Rights and Obligations
- The Operator has the right:
- to receive reliable information and/or documents containing personal data from the Subject;
- to require the personal data subject to timely clarify the provided personal data.
- The Operator is obliged:
- to process personal data in the manner established by the current legislation of the Russian Federation;
- to consider appeals of the personal data subject (their legal representative) on issues of personal data processing and give reasoned answers;
- to provide the personal data subject (their legal representative) with the opportunity for free access to their personal data;
- to take measures to clarify and destroy personal data of the personal data subject in connection with their (their legal representative's) appeal with lawful and justified requirements;
- to organize protection of personal data in accordance with the requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation.
- Personal data subjects have the right:
- to complete information about their personal data processed by the Operator;
- to access their personal data, including the right to obtain a copy of any record containing their personal data, except for cases provided for by federal law;
- to clarify their personal data, block or destroy them in cases where personal data are incomplete, outdated, inaccurate, illegally obtained or not necessary for the stated purpose of processing;
- to withdraw Consent to personal data processing;
- to take measures provided by law to protect their rights;
- to exercise other rights provided for by the legislation of the Russian Federation.
- Personal data subjects are obliged:
- to provide the Operator with reliable data about themselves;
- to provide documents containing personal data in the volume necessary for the processing purpose;
- to inform the Operator about clarification (updating, modification) of their personal data.
- Persons who provided the Operator with unreliable information about themselves or information about another Personal Data Subject without the latter's consent are liable in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation.
7. Use of Cookies and Other Tracking Technologies
- Cookies are small text files that are saved on the user's device when visiting a website and contain information about user actions on the site.
- The Operator uses cookies and similar technologies for the following purposes:
- Ensuring the functioning of the website and its services.

8. Dispute Resolution Procedure
- All disputes and disagreements that may arise between the Operator and Subjects on issues not resolved in the text of the Policy must be resolved through negotiations.
- The parties are obliged to observe the claim procedure for resolving disputes. Before filing a lawsuit in court on disputes arising from relations between the Subject and the Operator, a claim is filed (a written proposal for voluntary settlement of the dispute). The period for considering the claim is 30 (thirty) calendar days from the moment of receiving the claim, unless a different procedure for pre-trial settlement is established by the current legislation of the Russian Federation.
- If controversial issues are not resolved during negotiations, disputes arising from the Policy are resolved in a court of general jurisdiction at the location of the Operator. The current legislation of the Russian Federation applies to this Policy and relations between the Subject and the Operator.
9. Final Provisions
- The Operator has the right to make changes to this Policy. When making changes, the date of the last update is indicated in the current version. The new version of the Policy comes into force from the moment it is posted on the Site, unless otherwise provided by the new version of the Policy. The current version is constantly available on the Site.
